At Doshoply, your happiness with every purchase matters to us. We know that sometimes a product just doesn't work out — maybe it's not what you expected, or something arrived damaged. That's why we've made our Refund & Return Policy simple, fair, and stress-free.
Our Promise to You
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 7 days of delivery, as long as it meets the conditions mentioned below.
What Can Be Returned
To make a return smooth and quick, please ensure:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- It includes all original tags, packaging, and accessories (if any)
- You have proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email)
Some items — such as personal care products, innerwear, perishable goods, or clearance/sale items — may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Any such exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
How to Start a Return
Returning a product with Doshoply is easy:

- Our team will review your request and share the next steps.
- Pack the item securely and send it back (or schedule a pickup, if available in your area).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll notify you of the approval status.
Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.
Please note that it may take a few additional days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or variant instead of a refund? No problem! You can request an exchange (subject to availability) when you reach out to our support team.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We know how frustrating it is to receive the wrong item or something damaged. If this happens:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo/video of the product.
- We'll review your request and, if the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we'll cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping charges may apply, depending on your location.
