At Doshoply, we want your order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we pack, ship, and deliver your favorite products.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team gets to work right away:
- Orders are usually processed and packed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During sales, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience!
Shipping Time & Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on your location:
- Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 3-7 business days after dispatch.
- Remote or Rural Areas: May take a couple of extra days due to courier accessibility.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes, and actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow your package every step of the way, right to your doorstep.
If you haven't received tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, feel free to reach out to us.
Multiple Items in One Order
If you've ordered multiple products, they may sometimes be shipped separately (in different packages) depending on availability and warehouse location. Don't worry — you won't be charged extra for this, and you'll receive tracking details for each shipment.
Delayed or Missing Deliveries
We know waiting for a package can be exciting (and a little stressful if it's late!). If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or hasn't arrived at all, please contact our support team with your order number, and we'll help sort it out quickly.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping address, contact number, and pin/zip code are accurate at checkout. Doshoply is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If a delivery attempt fails and the courier is unable to reach you, we'll do our best to arrange a re-delivery, though additional charges may apply in some cases.
